  • Accessible, Multilingual Education. All mandatory anti-sexual harassment policies must be translated into multiple languages.
  • Continued Training. Provide continuous employee training and education on how to identify and report incidents of sexual harassment or assault.
  • Equip for Safety. Supply U.S. hotel employees with safety devices to provide protection and security on the job.
  • Develop Connections. Establish vital partnerships with national organizations that combat sexual violence, assault, and trafficking, and promote workplace safety. The National Alliance to End Sexual Violence (NAESV), End Child Prostitution and Trafficking (ECPAT-USA), and Polaris.
